Agile•1 Named a Top MSP Provider in HRO Today 2010 MSP Baker’s Dozen Customer Satisfaction Rating

TORRANCE, CA, April 13, 2010 — Agile•1, a leading provider of workforce solutions, has been named in HRO Today’s 2010 Baker’s Dozen Customer Satisfaction Ratings for Top Managed Service Programs (MSPs).

This year is the first that Agile•1 has participated in HRO Today’s Customer Satisfaction Ratings, which ranked MSPs based on breadth, scope, scale and quality of services provided. Of the13 providers making the 2010 MSP list, Agile•1 was named among the MSPs and ranked in the top half for “Breadth of Services,” which denotes a provider’s ability to deliver more than a contract labor fix. The rating reflects Agile•1’s commitment to delivering cost savings alongside cost efficiencies resulting from real-time market rate analysis and reporting, sophisticated workforce analytics, workforce balance monitoring, and ongoing productivity assessments. MSP customers were invited to participate by their respective provider alongside buyers identified by the publication. Rankings and weightings were determined statistically, using feedback from more than 60 MSP customers. HR Practitioners look for these annual rankings, particularly during the RFP process.
